Subscribe to a weekly, biweekly or monthly delivery of one pound of gourmet mushrooms and three ounces of microgreens grown fresh in Tehachapi. Each box may include Lion’s Mane, Blue, Pink or Golden Oyster, Chestnut, Pioppino. Your delivery will also include three varieties of fresh broccoli, sunflower, peas, radish, arugula, spicy mustard, and cabbage microgreens. Love your mushrooms! I would also love if you included the type of mushrooms on the label, similar to how the microgreens say what plants they are, it would be helpful for those of us who don’t know how to identify them yet.
