We subscribe to Bear Valley Mushrooms and get their chefs mix delivered fresh to my door. Lions mane, shiitake, pioppino —made fettuccine with the whole combination and it was outstanding. The texture, the depth of flavor, everything you’d expect from quality mushrooms. Having fresh, local delivery right here in Tehachapi is hard to beat. Great work, Bryce and Corina!
